A Soothing ginger tea for relief from allergies, or when you just need to warm up!.
|1||c||WATER (boil on stove instead of microwaving)|
|1⁄8||tsp||FRESH GRATED GINGER|
|1⁄2||FRESH SQUEEZED LEMON|
|1||tbsp||HONEY (ORGANIC) (add afterwards--natural, unpasteurized is best)|
For allergies, drink this 1-3 times per day. You can make a larger batch and store it in a thermos, so that you may drink it thoughout the day.
1) Boil the cup of water in a teapot along with the ginger and lemon
2) Stir well
3) Pour into a cup and enjoy. Add the honey afterwards to a warm cup. Don`t boil or cook the honey
