Ginger Tea

Description

A Soothing ginger tea for relief from allergies, or when you just need to warm up!.

Ingredients

1 c WATER (boil on stove instead of microwaving)
1⁄8 tsp FRESH GRATED GINGER
1⁄2   FRESH SQUEEZED LEMON
1 tbsp HONEY (ORGANIC) (add afterwards--natural, unpasteurized is best)

Notes

For allergies, drink this 1-3 times per day. You can make a larger batch and store it in a thermos, so that you may drink it thoughout the day.

Instructions

1) Boil the cup of water in a teapot along with the ginger and lemon
2) Stir well
3) Pour into a cup and enjoy. Add the honey afterwards to a warm cup. Don`t boil or cook the honey
