Description

A Soothing ginger tea for allergies or when you just need to warm up

Ingredients

1cWATER (boil on stove instead of microwaving)
1⁄8tspFRESH GRATED GINGER
1⁄2 FRESH SQUEEZED LEMON
1tbspHONEY (ORGANIC) (add afterwards (natural unpasteurized is good))

Notes

For allergies drink this 1-3 times a day. You can make a lager batch and store it in a thermos so you can drink it thoughout the day.

Instructions

1) Boil the cup of water in a teapot along with the ginger and lemon.
2) Stir well
3) Pour into a cup and enjoy. Add the honey afterwards to a warm cup. Don`t boil or cook the honey.
