Making Samosas requires a few steps. The first of which is creating the filling.

1) In a pot heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil at medim to high heat.
2) Add the fenugreek, cumin, onions, tumeric and let it turn a golden brown continually stirring it.
3) Once the mixture has browned add the crushed garlic, ginger, and chillies with a half cup of water
4) reduce heat to medium and mix in potaotes and mixed vegatables. Stir and make sure the fillings are nicely coated with the spice mix
5)cover the pot with a lid and let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes occasionally stirring so it doesn`t burn.
6) Once the potatoes are soft the mixture is ready to use. At this point you can add cilantro and mix it in.
7) Pour contents in to a bowl.

STEP TWO:

1)Open the wrapping paper and fold in half.
2) Make a cone shape with the filling.
3) Place 1 to 1 and a half tablespoons of the filling inside the cone.
4) Seal the edges with some water making a triangular shape.
5) the samosas are now ready to cook

STEP THREE:

1) Heat a half a liter of cooking oil in a frypan or wok.
2) Deep fry the samosas for a bout 45 seconds a side over medium-high heat until golden brown
