Try applying warm oil (almond or cold pressed untoasted/raw sesame) or ghee to the bottoms of your feet and gently massage. When done, you can simply wipe your feet off with a towel so that you don’t get your bed sheets oily.

A few drops of mustard oil in the ears before you go to sleep is also a wonderful way to calm the aggravated Vata that leads to sleepless nights.
